Savills believe that when you are personally growing, happy and have a clear sense of where you are heading professionally, the business too will benefit as a direct result. With a focus on investing in staff and the retention of committed talent, the HR and People Development department wanted to create a guide that clearly communicates how you, as a member of staff, can get ahead at Savills.
Working alongside the People Development and HR team at Savills, StudioPYMK designed this practical guide.
Savills wanted the guide to be straightforward, with a concise aesthetic. We used a simple palette and typeface to let the content do the speaking. Photography and a ‘S’ path graphic were incorporated to break up the content and to evoke the sense of progression.
